Videtic, MD, CM, of the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, discusses long-term results of the NRG Oncology RTOG 0915 trial, a randomized phase II study that compared one fraction (34 Gy) of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) vs 48 Gy in four fractions for stage I peripheral non–small-cell lung cancer patients with unresectable disease.
